Space Era had the opportunity to be part of Expo Real 2025 in Munich, one of Europe’s largest real estate and investment trade fairs. This year marked a significant milestone for us as we joined the exhibition under the umbrella of Business Metropole Ruhr (BMR) — representing the innovative strength of the Rhine-Ruhr region.

As part of our collaboration with BMR, we developed an interactive Event Navigator, a digital tool that enabled visitors to explore the large joint stand effortlessly. Through this intuitive platform, guests could discover participating companies, navigate to specific booths, and plan their meetings efficiently — making the experience more interactive and engaging.

Our presence at Expo Real allowed us to showcase Space Era’s immersive 3D and digital visualization technologies, connect with leading real estate developers, and gain valuable insights into how digitalization and virtual technologies are shaping the future of the property industry.

We also had the privilege of meeting public institutions, governing bodies, and leading enterprises from across North Rhine-Westphalia, strengthening our regional network and opening doors for exciting future collaborations.

Expo Real 2025 was more than just an exhibition — it was a confirmation of how immersive visualization, digital interactivity, and sustainable technology can redefine the way we communicate and build the future of real estate.
