About the Project
Sustainable living redefined- NRW’s first energy-efficient housing in Unna A groundbreaking project featuring five de-engineered, energy-self-sufficient apartment buildings in Unna North Rhine-Westphalia Germany. This unique endeavor encompasses 35 apartments powered by solar energy, guaranteeing tenants an all-inclusive rent with a CO2-free lifestyle.
OUR TASK
Our client aimed to showcase their groundbreaking social housing facility, emphasizing sustainable features, from solar panels on the exterior to innovative water heating systems. The challenge extended to creating a comprehensive documentary highlighting the collaborative effort of solar consultants, architects, stakeholders and other professionals for presentation to state and city ministers, future owners and industry experts.
our sOLUTION
Space Era delivered a transformative 3D visualization and animation package, addressing all aspects of the client's vision. Our package included 3D interior and exterior renders, an immersive walkthrough video, animated sequences, and a captivating documentary. Additionally, we incorporated 3D Google Maps photographs for enhanced spatial understanding. What drove success in this project was demonstrating the whole life-cycle of the energy flow process visualization throughout the day.

OUR RESULT

On final conclusion, our client showcased their project to Ms. Ina Scharrenbach, Minister for Home Affairs, Local Affairs, Construction and Digitization of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia.
