About the Project
A client sought to utilize the vacant 5th floor and terrace of their existing building, which currently housed co-working office spaces. The goal was to visualize and explore multiple potential use-case scenarios for the raw space.

Space Era was commissioned to develop detailed visualizations for the different proposed use cases, enabling the client to fully grasp the potential and versatility of the space.

The Space Era team collaborated closely with the client to understand their needs and collaboratively identify a range of potential scenarios, including a wedding hall setup, lecture seating arrangements, and a concert setting. We then created detailed 3D models for each scenario, utilizing identical camera angles to provide a clear, comparative analysis of how the space could transform.
OUR RESULT
Space Era delivered clear, high-quality visuals that allowed the client to easily imagine the space in various configurations, successfully envisioning the ideas and concepts that would maximize the utility and aesthetic potential of the empty 5th floor.
