About the Project
Hanöhus Hotell & Konferens in Hällevik, Sweden, is embarking on a transformative journey to develop a 5-storey future-forward infrastructure, either a hotel or an apartment building. This project is a significant step in modernizing the area while balancing the needs of city authorities, neighbors, and prospective clients.
OUR TASK
Space Era was appointed to provide visualization solutions that would enable the client to:
• Negotiate effectively with city authorities and neighbors by showcasing how the future building will look in its actual environment.
• Visit the site to capture drone shots and embed exterior visualizations seamlessly into the existing landscape.
• Develop a real-time 3D Navigator, a custom platform to display renderings, sales materials, and building data, empowering the client to negotiate and engage better with customers and stakeholders.

• Stunning exterior and interior renderings using advanced tools like 3Ds Max and V-Ray, including photo-matched drone visualizations to create a realistic context.
• A custom-built Navigator platform, consolidating all visualizations, renderings, and sales data into one user-friendly interface, tailored to the client’s negotiation and communication needs.
